Quiet time is 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Monday – Sunday. Rental period shall be from two days until a maximum of ninety days in any six month period. Cali Lake RV Resort represents there is NO insurance coverage protecting renters’ personal property. The renter must have full coverage insurance in place on all personal property. Please be aware, renters enter the grounds at your own risk, this includes the pool, lake, and river areas. This is a ZERO TOLERANCE facility. By submitting a reservation, renter agrees to all of these terms. There are no understandings, representations, or agreements, neither oral or written, other than this agreement.


All monthly reservations require an additional months rent that will be applied as a security deposit upon checking-in. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out unless any open balances remain. In the event of property damage (intentional or unintentional), unpaid utility bills, or default on rent, we will apply the deposit to cover the costs.


Cali Lake RV Resort is under constant video surveillance. We take privacy and security very seriously, in the event of a crime against our business, property, or our tenants, footage will be used to prosecute criminals to the fullest extend of the law.


When using public spaces, such as the pool, BBQ areas, bathrooms, and showers, please be considerate and leave them as clean as they were found. If any space requires servicing, please notify management asap.


Due to fire regulations, the use of space heaters and plug-in air conditioners is prohibited. Fires are NOT PERMITTED unless within the designated BBQ and FIRE PIT areas. All other fires are not permitted. Fireworks are not permitted under any circumstance. Failure to comply will result in termination of rental agreement.


Due to fire regulations, this is a NON SMOKING facility.


Due to draught / water regulations, the washing of vehicles (car, truck or RV) is not permitted on our property.


Please adhere to a speed limit of 5MPH on the premises at all times. Please be mindful of children and small animals while operating a vehicle on our property.


Electric vehicle charging is generally prohibited on site. If you have an electric vehicle, please contact management for approval.


Sites must be kept clean and orderly as determined by management. No trash or excess accumulation of objects should surround your space. No RV repair work is permitted on the property. Use of rented site shall be for registered guests only. Subletting is prohibited. Use of clothing lines is not permitted.


Sewer connections require a positive connection at all times. DO NOT DISCARD PAPER OR SANITARY PRODUCTS IN TOILETS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. In the event of a clog or overflow, please notify management immediately.


Pets are permitted on the property, however must be approved by management. Pets must remain on a leash at all times, with the exception of the HoundTown dog park enclosure. Cali Lake RV Resort reserves the right to revoke pet privileges at any time.


We want all children to be safe while they’re having fun at our resort. To ensure their safety, children must be under adult supervision at all times. You are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of your child(ren) at all times. Failure to company will result in a verbal warning. Continued negligence by renter to supervise children will result in termination of the rental agreement.


Laundry facilities are for public use, and are fist come, first serve. Do not leave clothes unattended for long periods of time. Please make sure to clean out dryer filters prior to each use to prevent overheating / fires.


Cleanliness of our resort is of the utmost importance. Dumpsters in the park are for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged & tied. All boxes should be broken down. No large objects or furniture are permitted to be discarded on the property.


Renters shall always maintain decorum on the property. Any renters who become a nuisance or behave in such a way that is deemed disrespectful or dangerous shall be asked to vacate the property immediately, forfeiting any monies paid to Cali Lake RV Resort. In such an occasion, Cali Lake RV Resort reserves the right to remove, tow, or impound any personal property left behind or not removed in a timely fashion at the renters’ complete and total expense without prior notice. Cali Lake RV Resort reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.


Payments more than 5 days late will acquire a fee of 10% that will be added to the total amount due.


If renter terminates rental contract before the agreed upon check-out date, renter shall be responsible for 100% of the rental agreement. We do not allow refunds.


A holdover tenant is a renter who remains in a property after the check-out date of the lease. Holdovers are not permitted. Any tenants who wish to extend their contract after the check-out date must notify management immediately, and sign a new agreement for the extended dates. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the property in accordance with applicable law.


Renter agrees to pay water and electricity bills accumulated throughout the lease of their assigned site. This only applies to monthly sites. Short term rental utilities are covered by the RV resort.


Any guests using our facilities do so at their own risk. Cali Lake RV Resort is not responsible for any accidents due to fire, theft, wind, flood, personal negligence, or any other unfortunate circumstance. Renter is financially responsible for any damage caused to our property by renters’ personal property, personal guests, and pets. Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Cali Lake RV Resort, along with all its agents, harmless from all claims and damages (including attorneys’ fees and costs) whatsoever, regardless of negligence.
